Efter hudincision over mediale epikondyl, MCL findes åbnes længdegående dMCL identificeres, sættes Y-knot anker, et styks, let anterior og let distalt fra mediale epikondyl. dMCL trækkes på plads via suturer i ankeret.

Plan:

2w PWB and braced 0-90°

2w FWB and braced free range

Run at 8-12w and play at 12-16w
